A water-cooled chiller is a refrigeration system that uses water as the cooling medium instead of air. لاشك في ان نظام التكييف المركزي في المباني العملاقة يعتمد على التبريد باستخدام الشيلر فما هي طريقة عمله وما هي مكوناته هذا ما نتعرف عليه في هذا الفيديو ينقسم النظام الي ثلاث إجزاء رئيسية أولاً ال Chiller ثانياً وحدات مناولة الهواء AHU ثالثاً برج التبريد Cooling Tower يتكون الشيلر من التالى :- الضاغط – المكثف – صمام التمدد – المبخر و جهاز أضافى يسمى المجفف . رابط التسجيل: 🤍 الضاغط Compressor يعمل ال Compressor على رفع الضغط ودرجة الحرار ة لوسيط التبريد القادم من المبخر فى الحالة الغازية ليكون أعلى من درجة حرارة ماء المكثف ليتكثف الغاز . ومن انواع الكومبروسور المستخدمة هو Screw Hematic Compressor الضاغط الحلزوني و يدخل الغاز إلى الضاغط عن طريق خط السحب عند ضغط و درجة حرارة منخفضة و يخرج عند ضغط و درجة حرارة مرتفعة Condenser المكثف بعدها يدخل الغاز القادم من الكومبروسور الي الكوندنسر Condenser بدرجة حرارة وضغط مرتفع و يحدث تبادل حرارى ما بين الغاز ذو درجة الحرارة المرتفعة و المياه القادمة من برج التبريد حيث يفقد وسيط التبريد الحرارة و يتكثف ويتحول لسائل ذو ضغط مرتفع Filter Dryer المجفف . قبل دخول وسيط التبريد الي جهاز التمدد يمر عبر جهاز يسمى Dryer المجفف و يعمل هذا الجهاز على أمتصاص الرطوبة من وسيط التبريد لكي يتأكد انه نظيف وجاف قبل دخوله الي صمام التمدد Expansion Valve _ صمام التمدد Thermal Expansion Valve يستخدم هذا الصمام في انظمة التكييف المركزي العملاقه و يعمل هذا النظام طبقا لدرجة الحرارة سائل التبريد عند مخرج المبخر حيث يأخذ إشارة من جهاز يسمى ال Sensing Bulb الذى يستشعر درجة الحرارة عند مخرج المبخر ويرسل اشارة الي الصمام و الذى يقوم بدوره بالتحكم في كمية وسيط التبريد المناسبة التى ستدخل إلي المبخر . وسيط التبريد منخفض الضغط سيخرج من صمام التمدد ويدخل إلي المبخر عند درجة حرارة منخفضة بداخل المبخر سيتم امتصاص درجة الحرارة من المياة العائدة من وحدة مناولة الهواء بواسطة وسيط التبريد نتيجة لفرق درجة الحرارة بين الاثنين وبالتالي وسيط التبريد سيتبخر ويصبح غاز ذو ضغط منخفض ويعود مرة اخرى الي الكومبروسور من هذه النقطة سيكون خروج المياة المثلجة من ال Chiller Evaporator الي المضخة التي ستقوم بدورها بضخ المياة الي وحدات مناولة الهواء المنتشرة فى المبني تنخفض درجة حرارة الهواء عند مروره من خلال أنابيب الماء البارده االقادمة من المبخر ويتحول الي هواء بارد يتم دفعه بمراوح لتكييف المبنى . بعد أرتفاع درجة حرارة الماء الراجع من وحدات مناولة الهواء يعود مرة أخرى الي المبخر ليتم تبريده و ضخه مرة أخرى الي وحدات مناولة الهواء وتستمر هذه الدورة _ Colling Tower برج التبريد تستخدم ابراج التبريد فى خفض درجة حرارة المياه المستخدمه فى المكثف و التى تعمل على تكثيف سائل التبريد يدخل الماء الي برج التبريد من الأعلى و يهبط على أسطح يتخللها الهواء الناتج عن مراوح البرج يساعد الهواء الماء على فقد الحرارة قبل أن يتجمع فى مخزن فى قاع البرج ليخرج عن طريقه راجعا إلى المكثف حيث تعمل هذه المياه على امتصاص الحرارة من وسيط التبريد . 🤙للحجز والإستعلام ومزيد من التفاصيل: قم بملئ البيانات علي الرابط التالي👇 🤍

Chiller approach is the temperature difference between the water and the refrigerant. Because there are two heat exchangers in a chiller, then we have two types of approach. Evaporator approach, which is the temperature difference between the chilled supply water and the evaporating refrigerant. And the condenser approach which is the temperature difference between the condenser water leaving the condenser and the condensing refrigerant.
