Getting all the powers and enhancements requires 170 runes, which you can reach during your second NG+ run. See guide below on how to do it. 1) On your first playthrough, collect ALL 47 runes, 59 bonecharms and 77 whalebones. 2) Right before you finish the story, get the "CRAFT RUNES" enhancement (9 runes cost). Then sacrifice ALL 59 bonecharms in exchange for an additional 115 whalebones. Then expend ALL 192 whalebones to create 21 runes. Then spend ALL 68 runes you have BEFORE finishing the story, as unspent runes don't carry over into NG+. 3) Repeat the same process on the second and third playthrough. If you don't miss any, you'll end up with 170 runes right BEFORE Mission 6 on your third playthrough. Another way to make it simple to understand. In any given playthrough: You can get 68 runes by collecting 47 runes and sacrificing 192 whalebones for 21 extra runes. You can get 192 whalebones by collecting 77 whalebones and sacrificing 59 bonecharms for 115 extra whalebones. You can only get 59 bonecharms by collecting all 59 of them. απωπουινειμουσικι

Dishonored 2's masterwork blueprint variants are some of the best and most powerful blueprints that you can find in the game. See below for details on which ones we'll be tracking down in this video. Just as an aside, when picking up the Roseburrow Prototype if you're on a no powers playthrough, while you are OUTSIDE the Security Room, if you break the glass that will cause the steel plates to pop up and cover the windows and the two witches to port into the Security Room. One of them will wind up breaking the door and thus giving you access to that room without having to use powers to get up into that small pass thru above the door. I did a horrible job explaining that in the video and felt some additional clarification was warranted. You can also climb up the boxes and the display case up to the left of the vent when obtaining the Roseburrow prototype instead of blinking/far reaching or breaking the glass. Breaking the glass just makes it easy to draw 2 witches in if you're planning to clear the place out. Mission 05: The Royal Conservatory - (0:07) Name: Reverberation Tubing Category: Masterwork Crossbow Upgrade: Ancient Howl Bolt - Blinds enemies. Causes witches to flee.
