What more evidence do you need than the actors' reactions that this was never meant to be a genuine attempt at art or a tribute to Tolkein in the firstplace? It was obviously intended as a cultural Marxist attack on western civilization... just like everything else from Hollywood 🤷🏻‍♂️
That was first and foremost the main 'artistic' aim, besides just a lazy cash in on previous generations' creativity.

I didn't watch it.... obviously.... not one episode. why the hell would I? I won't 'pander' to any expression of the destruction of my civilization.
so rest assured the ones most responsible for our continually degrading situation are YOU YOURSELVES!!! for even paying attention to this show or giving it a chance in the firstplace. it's childish in the extreme if you just can't control yourself enough that you need your fix of fantasy so much that you HAD to watch 🤦🏻‍♂️ grow up!!!
THINK how impactful and positive it would be if nobody watched it... if the entire Tolkein fanbase just silently boycotted this from day 1.
that would have been the mature response.
and those of you who dance around the fact and haven't the balls to admit that not only is the show terrible because it's lazy and terrible, but also the casting IS A HUGE ISSUE AND IS OBVIOUSLY AN UNWELCOME ATTACK ON EUROPEAN CULTURE, you guys don't deserve to have a future frankly.

The thing is the original cast have no choice. As soon as someone says they need to support diversity in ROP they've got no choice but to support it. Actors and anyone with a profile these days will be accused of racism if they don't actively speak up for diversity when challenged. Otherwise they get automatically accused of racism and their careers and reputations are destroyed. Sadly how it is these days.
